We want you to love your 100% vegan hair care products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
